Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility & Conditions:

• Items (T-shirts, tote bags, wallets, etc.) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

• Non-returnable Items: Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be returned unless received with a manufacturing defect or printing error.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
