When will I get my tracking number?

Once your order is placed, it takes 1 to 5 business days to process and print your items. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be generated and automatically sent to your email.

How long does delivery take?
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 5 business days (custom printing & quality inspection).

Where are my products shipped from?

Our graphic tees, canvas tote bags, and accessories are printed inside facilities in the United States, as well as sourced through trusted global suppliers to ensure high quality and rich product variety.
Why are my items shipped in separate packages?

Because different items (e.g., a heavy-duty cotton tee and a leather wallet) may require different printing techniques or production lines, they might be dispatched separately. Rest assured, you will receive tracking numbers for each package, and no extra shipping fees will ever be charged.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! You have up to 12 hours after placing your order to request changes (such as T-shirt size, color, or shipping address) or to request a full cancellation. Please email us immediately at popiconsupply@popiconsupply.com.

Note: After 12 hours, your order goes into production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
How do I choose the right size for T-shirts?

We recommend checking the size chart listed on each product page before ordering. Most of our tees are standard US sizing made from heavy-duty 180g cotton.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy starting from the date you receive your package. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please note: Custom-printed items without defects are non-returnable.
How do I request a return or replacement for a defective item?

If you received a damaged item, wrong size, or printing flaw, please contact us at popiconsupply@popiconsupply.com within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund!
How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be credited back to your original PayPal account within 5 to 7 business days.

We accept payments exclusively through PayPal (USD). You can pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or major credit/debit cards processed through PayPal checkout.
